Wild Mushroom Bisque - Port wine reduction, truffle

Second Course:

Shrimp Polenta - Baked goat cheese, tomato basil sauce, gulf shrimp, rosemary polenta

Third Course: 

Dry Aged Strip Loin - Celeriac puree, bone marrow demi, pearl onion confit, rainbow carrots

Portabella Wellington - Goat cheese, spinach and artichoke duxelle, broccolini
