Crab Cake - Crab mixed with Old Bay seasoning, served with grilled peach, frisee, pickled onion, radish, champagne vinaigrette, and Sarvecchio cheese

Dry Aged Strip Loin - Dry-aged strip loin accompanied by cauliflower puree, broccolini, lemon, garlic, chili flake, and truffle
